Visit-based Services

Visit-based is for services where someone comes to your home on specific days. Each day is tracked as Visited or Missed.

Common Examples​

  • 🧹 Maid / domestic helper
  • 👨‍🍳 Cook
  • 🚗 Driver
  • 🌱 Gardener / mali
  • 👮 Watchman (part-time)

Setting Up​

  1. Go to Services → + Add Service
  2. Select Visit-based as the type
  3. Enter:
    • Service Name (e.g. "Maid")
    • Daily Rate in ₹
    • Start Date
  4. Save

Tracking Visits​

On the Calendar view, for each day:

  • Click Visited (✅) if the person came that day
  • Click Missed (❌) if they did not come

Visit-based uses "Visited/Missed" language — not "Delivered/Skipped" — because a person visits rather than a product being delivered.

Billing Calculation​

Bill = Daily Rate × Number of Visited Days

Example: Maid at ₹200/day, came 22 out of 26 working days = ₹4,400

Tips​

  • If the maid has fixed off days (Sunday), simply don't mark those days — they'll remain Pending and won't be counted
  • At month end, you can compare "visited" vs "missed" to track attendance easily
