Subscription Services

Subscriptions are fixed charges billed on a specific day each month. They appear on the calendar only on their billing day.

Common Examples​

  • Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar
  • Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music
  • Gym / fitness centre membership
  • Magazine or news subscription
  • Cloud storage (Google One, iCloud)

Setting Up​

  1. Go to Services → + Add Service
  2. Select Subscription as the type
  3. Enter:
    • Service Name (e.g. "Netflix")
    • Monthly Price in ₹
    • Billing Day — the day of the month this is due (e.g. 15)
  4. Save

Tracking​

On the Calendar, the subscription appears only on its billing day as a Paid or Unpaid status badge.

  • Click Mark Paid when you've paid for the month
  • The payment is recorded with your chosen payment method

Billing​

Subscriptions contribute their fixed monthly amount to your bill each month, regardless of usage.

Bill = Fixed Monthly Price

Subscription and Payment service types both work the same way — fixed charge on a specific billing day.
