Ask AI
Pin Conversations
Status: Planned
Allow users to pin important Ask AI conversations to the top of the history list for quick access. Currently, conversations can only be renamed or deleted.
Regenerate Response
Status: Planned
A Regenerate button on each AI response to re-run the same query and get a fresh answer — useful when a response is cut off or you want to try a different phrasing. Currently, you need to re-send the message manually.
Semantic Search for AI Documentation
Status: Planned
Upgrade the current keyword-based documentation search (which already injects relevant YesBill docs into your AI chat) to a fully semantic, vector-based search. This will improve relevance for natural-language questions and multi-topic queries.
Agent: Create & Manage Services for Provider Role
Status: Planned
Extend the AI Agent to support Provider-role service creation and management. Currently the Agent can create consumer-facing services. Provider-side workflows — creating services for multiple customers, setting up billing templates, and managing customer accounts — require a dedicated UI and permission model being built as part of the Service Provider Portal.
Calendar
Bulk Day Marking
Status: Planned
Mark multiple days at once — for example, mark all Sundays as Skipped for a service that doesn't operate on weekends. Currently each day must be marked individually.

Export as PDF / CSV
Status: ✅ Shipped
Download any bill or a month's summary as a PDF or CSV file — available now from the bill detail view. See Bill History for instructions.

Mobile App
Status: ✅ Shipped
YesBill Mobile is available as a native Android app. Download the latest APK from the GitHub Releases page.
WhatsApp Notifications
Status: Planned
Receive bill generation alerts and daily service reminders directly on WhatsApp. The phone number field in your profile is reserved for this feature.
